[Sequoia National Park & Sequoia National Monument, Feb 2017]
just. pure. powder.
endless miles of new snow
…and some sketchy stream crossings.
finding my little place in this big world
we walk among giants
not the worst lunchtime view
fresh snowfall to grace our return
and even a little sunshine too
enter the sequoias
more dicey stream crossings
made some snow roses
hello there big fella
not many better ways to end a snow day
enjoying the outposts of civilization too [Camp Nelson, CA]
